Roughs were mostly “ground under repair”, no sand rakes to correct sand after play- treated as ground under repair and gave relief.

The greens were wet & spongy so hitting into the green no matter how much spend you had they ran but putting was very slow. When putting it sounded like rubbing a ball rapidly against a Brillo pad.
