Course is in great condition, and a challenging and fun layout, however they do not police pace of play. The front was slightly slow but the back was torture. 14 holes in 4.5 hrs or so, we gave up and headed out after waiting on the tee box for 20 minutes 2 holes in a row.

I’m giving this rating a bit of a handicap due to the improvements being made. The new owner is actually trying. Are the carts old? Yes, but they work better than some higher end courses. Fairways are the hardest part due to the drought we’ve had. Lots of crab grass so be prepared for that. Greens are actually rolling really well and are clearly the first priority in the restoration.

Since it had rained some spots where underwater, and soft as expected after 3 days of rain 1104 tees time, was backed up for a few holes

Course is amazing for value. Best low cost course in the area. Played last on Father’s Day so I’m not going to rate pace of play negatively on the busiest golf day of the year. New owners have really improved the quality of the course and looks like more improvements to come.
