I’m giving this rating a bit of a handicap due to the improvements being made. The new owner is actually trying. Are the carts old? Yes, but they work better than some higher end courses. Fairways are the hardest part due to the drought we’ve had. Lots of crab grass so be prepared for that. Greens are actually rolling really well and are clearly the first priority in the restoration.

Since it had rained some spots where underwater, and soft as expected after 3 days of rain 1104 tees time, was backed up for a few holes

Course is amazing for value. Best low cost course in the area. Played last on Father’s Day so I’m not going to rate pace of play negatively on the busiest golf day of the year. New owners have really improved the quality of the course and looks like more improvements to come.

I won't be back. Greens were all damaged and in meh shape at best. Lots of beaten up parts of the course. Rude ranger. Rude and greed managers. We had our 18 booked, after paying we were told we "might have a hold up at the turn" which is especially funny because their website states you aren't allowed to stop at the turn. They had decided to book 26+ golfers for an outing that got canceled at another course that morning and put them off the back as we were about to make the turn. We were 6 carts backed up and ended up having to just play the front 9 again after they refused a raincheck or refund on the back. It was a greedy and unacceptable choice by them. In 20 minutes one group had teed off and had hit the ball maybe 50 yards or less off the tee. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Just leave this one off the books, especially if you’re on golf now. You will get double charged and have to contact golf pass as they “don’t recognize golf now” Get off the app then, 35 for 18 is disgusting when you can play a course similar to golden hawk for 20 🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♂️
