Greens were terrible overpriced and the course was in bad shape

Absolutely the worst course. The fairways are like rough, sand traps don’t have sand, tee boxes are horrible. I will never pay to golf here again.

Busy when we went around noon on a Sunday. Pace of play was slow. Course conditions were okay. We played Old Oaks. I’ll go back to play Marsh Oaks.

Good course lots of sand traps

Price should be lowered for condition of the course. And rangers should be out helping with pace of play, there was about 9 carts piled up on first tee.

Not to physically demanding off the tee, course design works well for righty’s, condition rating might be low but did have big rainfall a few days ago, greens needed to be cut/rolled, but fair, staff were great, can’t beat $35 for 18 with a cart.
