Excellent value and some of the best kept greens among public courses in the area. The front 9 has a few tricky fairways and for how open the area is, it doesn't feel like every hole is the same which is impressive given the open space. The back 9 is a little claustrophobic where it looks like they may have ran out of space. On a few holes you are hitting on top of people with the shared cart path going towards an opposing teebox where the cart path is very in play. Hole 18 teebox needs relocation. Hole 9 tee box is up the hill and the fairway of 9 incentivizes cutting the corner and hitting directly at the tee box of 18. If players hit left there is a significant amount of time you are in an area where you can get hit. Several balls landed within 20 yards of me from other holes during the round, all on them occurring on the back 9. Overall the course has great value and extremely impressive greens. The effort they put into maintaining the grass is evident on every hole.
