I am a youth on course so its great value but the course overall is in rough shape also a decent amount of the holes are boring desing wise

Tee times only 7 minute spread. Very slow.

The group ahead of us fell behind by 2full holes-no course management or rangers. 3 hours to play 9 holes. Good value when you get through in a reasonable time
