A great Ionia county local course to go to. Their daily deals app makes playing 18 affordable and possible for golfers on a budget. Some days you can play 18 with a cart for $22-$25. There are a lot of areas of the course that could use sprucing up but personally I think it gives it charm. The staff is kind and make great food!

Overall the course is mediocre but the greens are some of the toughest in the GR area. They are like putting on the side of a slick hill and sadistic.

Front 9 was much more fun than the back 9. More elevation change on front 9 and less trees. Little ravines placed throughout the course that make you really think about what club to hit. Greens were fairly small with large drop offs around the edge causing for some tough pin placements. Aim for the middle of the green, you won’t be able to throw many darts on this course! Overall had fun and priced fairly for condition.
