I knew the course was in rough shape, but I showed up for my 7:20 tee time and no one was in the club house. No one showed up until 7:45. So I started a half hour later than I wanted. They didn’t even offer me a discounted rate or anything as an apology. The guy behind me showed up for his 7:30 tee time and had the same problem.
