Hard to truly rate this course as it's a tale of 2 nines, as anyone who has played will tell you. The north side is home to a fairly open layout with some confidence boosting holes, and a few challengers. It gives off more of the country club feel. The south nine is completely different. Squished onto the land they have, they certainly use it all. It doesn't take away from the quality of play, but it certainly doesn't have that same feel. I certainly enjoy the place, and didn't feel ripped off by the price
