Playing front nine on a fall weekday was enjoyable. Early afternoon tee time with nobody ahead or behind. I think it was between leagues. Very well maintained. Recently greens were aerated and sanded. Sand trap on 8 in bad shape.

The people working at this course are very kind and I appreciate it every time I play there, pace of play is terrible though, lots of leagues and older slower players. Greens are very slow, course conditions for its price are decent

Great value for how well the course is maintained. Green speeds are perfect. Pace of play can be hit or miss.
