Good course a bit hilly but not a problem many blind shots but fun.

Bare/dirt spots all throughout course and greens. Tee boxes were bad too.

Personal opinion best time for this course is right at sunrise or the few tee times right before sunrise.
You’ll never play it any other way again.

Greens fee was $27 per person for 9 with cart on a Saturday. The tee boxes were all horrifically maintained. The greens had lots of terrible old cup marks and large dead dry spots.
Pace of place was pretty bad too. Stacked up at every tee box. The course has potential to be a very pretty track and even a fun laid back course if it were maintained better. The 8th green had a massive hole in it.

Terrible course. I wouldn’t play that course again if it was free. Greens had dry hard spots. Fair way and first cut were almost the same height. Maybe 1/4” difference
