Overall not bad, probably overhyped by townsfolk. Greens are in rough condition, not as bad as green oaks though. Very slow speed. Fairways are decent as far as the grass being short. Driving range is great, best price on buckets around. Some loud language from employees in the parking lot. Also bring a lot of water, no shade in the heat much anywhere. It’s really nice they have ball cleaners and club cleaners on the cart.
