The course condition is poor. The greens are not smooth with lots of dead spots. The tee boxes are worse.

The course is in terrible condition, primarily the tee boxes and greens. Tee boxes have very little grass and greens have lots of dead spots. This course has definitely begun to be let go and is not very well maintained. For the price in MS, you would expect a little nicer course.
