The was about what I expected as far as condition wise. The greens were pretty smooth except for a couple of places. The rough and fairway were spotty at best but a lot of rain has made it hard to mow. My biggest disappointment is every par 3 (a lot of them) plays 175 yards. It got old. My other complaint was it was very challenging to play this course for the first time with a ton of blind tee shots. Pace of play was great and service was very friendly.
