Several tee boxes, greens are in poor condition. Almost all sand traps are mud or packed soil, many with nice weed beds.

Haven't played this course in a while and was very disappointed in it's overall condition. While the fairways were excellent, the tee boxes were horrible ... many bunkers were overgrown and unkept (I did play the morning after some significant rain, but the bunkers looked as if many were left to become grass bunkers) ... and it appears no one in Nebraska repairs their balls marks. Each green had at least 30 unrepaired marks. There are others courses in the area that will likely give you a better course for your money.
