Some of the worse conditions I have seen in a long time. Love the layout of the place, sad to see it in the shape it is. Pace of play was great, we were about the only ones on the course. I guess we know why.

This course is not taken care of at all. Layout is really nice. Greens have a lot of dead spots. Rest of the course is just not taken care of at all.
