Overall decent course. Very forgiving right and OB areas. Very soft greens, but otherwise the course is dry and decent condition.

Greens were pretty fast even after heavy rain yesterday. Great fun

Greens have lots of divots and the grass of the fairway is hard and has very little grass. Overall, a very good value for the money.
