Management needs to spend some money on this course. No ball washers, no bunker rakes, poor and outdated signage. Bunkers were unplayable. Rutted and potholed cart paths. Lots of pitch marks on the greens. If its obvious that Management does care about the course, why should the golfers.

Fun track with some great holes. Greens were in great shape, sand was almost unplayable. And I spent a lot of time there! Some TLC short of a great course.
