Unique style - no tee times. It’s all self serve. The lady who runs is hands down fantastic. She is really nice and really cares about the course. She cares about your experience and it’s heart warming.
Course has no bunkers. Some hazards you have to hit over that make the course really unique. There really isn’t any fairways which can make the course hard to play if you’ve never been. I played the round when it was really wet but the greens are soft & a little long, so tough to play a break.
It’s a nice course for a small community with a friendly staff. In 2024, many improvements to the clubhouse, benches, signage, fencing and most importantly cleaning underbrush and wooded areas. Some draw backs is the very slow greens which rarely break and some holes that tend to be wet/spongy, uneven tee boxes (getting better), no ball washers (not since covid), and difficulty of finding a ball hit off the fairway.
