Creeks and doglegs are placed to make you think about club selection before just pulling driver. Greens looked like the grounds crew did a good job before people abused them throughout the day. Ball marks weren't even attempted to be fixed on some greens. Fairways were a little disappointing in some spots. I understand divots later in the day, but there were patches that looked brown as though grass was never there in the first place. Most notably where the fairway meets the rough. All in all its not a bad place to go for a quick round of golf. I don't know that I would make advanced plans to go there with a group, but it was perfect for my wife and I that made a last minute decision to play a quick 9 before the sun went down. Got there right at tee time. No warmups meant the first few holes were rough. Finished with birdie/par/par, though, including a chip-in from just off the green.
