Needs to be re done the tee boxes are long and look like they haven’t been treated. The greens are very fast and untreated they have divots and are torn up. Cart paths are blocked by trees and have to go around

The property could be an excellent course but too much is in disrepair. Greens burnt out in some spots. Cart paths crumbling in some places. Parking lot is crumbling also. Friendly staff. Some holes were really fun to play and were in great condition. Overall, it has tons of potential but needs some repairs.
