Friendly staff and people did make for a pleasant experience overall, but the course design itself is rather peculiar. There are some interesting holes including a blind tee shot over a river and a couple of drivable par 4s, partnered with an agonizing 583 yard par 5 to start, and ends with a par 3 with a giant tree in the middle of your tee shot. Fairways aren’t really in this course’s dictionary, as the grass is pretty much the same as the rough, just looks like it is mowed one level lower.
