The front 9 is easier than the back. On the weekends the pace of play can be slow. Almost all the fairways are narrow, so it’s actually fairly challenging.

Value is good given price and relative course condition. Pace of play is the biggest knock on the course - no starter or course official to keep people moving and on pace. 2.5+ hours to play 9 w/ 2 people.
