This course is in bad shape will not play again. We’re still Oaks is in bad shape.

Appears to be alot of work going into the course to improve it. Overall its nice but alittle rough around the edges. Great value though.

Tee boxes are beat down and uneven. Ground is hard as cement in most spot. Greens are unplayable. Course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen in the last 15 years. Paid $48 on a weekday morning for a course that should be no more than $35 based off the condition. Will not be playing this course again.

The greens and tee boxes are rock solid. Greens bounced the balled terribly and had patches all over them.
