Tee boxes are beat down and uneven. Ground is hard as cement in most spot. Greens are unplayable. Course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen in the last 15 years. Paid $48 on a weekday morning for a course that should be no more than $35 based off the condition. Will not be playing this course again.

The greens and tee boxes are rock solid. Greens bounced the balled terribly and had patches all over them.
