Over payed for unkept course. Greens and tee boxes were destroyed. Fairways were very hard and roughs looked like they just flattened out grass instead of cutting it.

Greens were in rough shape. Get off fairway and rough grass was long cut. The tee boxes were long too. No one fixes ball marks- greens were damaged.
