Camped at the state park and decided to check out the little 9 hole. Funky little course, 6 holes with a lake view, 2 blind tee shots, sloping fairways and a quite a few elevation changes. Greens were punched, but still had a decent roll. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

WE WILL NEVER PLAY HERE AGAIN. The course itself is in terrible condition as far as maintenance is concerned. They were mowing The course when we got here but they had no regard or respect for the golfers on the course. They were blowing the grass back on to the fairways and the tee boxes. Limbs and leaves everywhere had to remove them off ourselves to be able to play the game.

Fairways are just grass that’s been cut short. Lots of bad lies in the fairways along with dirt and rocks. Playing it down definitely added 5 strokes.
