This course is ran poorly. The individuals that work the pro desk have zero customer service skills. You call in just to set up a tee time and they seem to have an attitude over the phone. They let a group of 20 something guys ahead of us yesterday in various groups, pace of play was backed up immediately. 3 groups on the tee box on just the 4th hole. They charged my wife to just sit in the cart with me. Poor management, they need to hire people that care, not bored retired old men
