Beware the rocks in the sand that you cannot see, the surface is also like concrete, I have to file down the extra large burs on my wedge from hitting in the sand twice (it's not all sand). The new clubhouse, hotel and other shops are a good addition. Still need a driving range again. The rat of the course was in great shape.
