Not well conditioned. Prefer a cart with course conditions and hills

A little outside of the quad cities but worth the drive. Great variety of holes helped by hills and trees. Not the most challenging course ever but is in great condition for the price. All employees from clubhouse to grounds crew were very kind and friendly.
