Conditions are not great but it’s okay. Green are very slow because the put sand on it the values is good and pace of play is great I play myself 4 differents ground let’s me play through my tee time 4:10 pmfinish at 6:15 pm for 18 holes is super fast. I will come back and play again.

Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were all long. Was in better shape earlier in the year.
