Perfect day, no one behind us, bunkers were a little wet/muddy but other than that no complaints

Very happy I played this course. Well maintained and enjoyed each hole. Will definitely going back and for being semi public/private fair price.

The cart path is in poor condition and the rough was overly bumpy for the carts too. The grass in the fairways is patchy and the tee boxes needed better treatment.
