8 minutes in between tee times is way too close. Arguably the longest round of golf I’ve played.. teed off at 1:22, didn’t finish until 7:00pm. Was like a waiting room on every tee box.

GOOD-Can't beat the regular pricing for 18 with a cart, great hole designs, good elevations, the greens are always nice. BAD-various sand traps are neglected and some larger patches in the fairways, especially near the cart paths as the golfers themselves don't treat the course with much respect. Lastly if you want a smooth pace of play make sure to look at the tee times surrounding your own, they book every 8 minutes so if times around yours are full expect a slower game, my slowest 18 was 3:45

Majority of fairways & greens were in “fair” condition though they are so closely compacted to one another. I have never been to a course where FORE was yelled so much (literally 15x+ during the round) bc of how close the fairways are to one another. Course is more concerned about volume of golfers than adequate T time spacing (every 6-8min); be prepared for a 5+ hr round. We were at the first T box 15 min before our T time & didn’t hit until 15 min after our T time bc of how backed up it was.

Course is really a field with to heavy sloping on fairways.
