The skeleton of this course is good. The greens have some fun undulation and the holes give you some cool looks off the tee. However, the course is in horrible condition right now. Looks like it hasn’t seen water in 2 years. Most of the fairways are hard pan with huge stretches of exposed dirt. The greens are in a similar condition, with it being very patchy and impossible to get anything resembling a pure roll. If the course gets some proper care, it could be a ton of fun. Unfortunately, it does not appear as though it’ll be that way for quite some time. Under better conditions, $65 for 18 and a cart is a great deal. Given current conditions, I would say it’s worth no more than $20 for 18. It’s pretty sad to see a course in such tough shape.
