Good course price is a little too high for the condition.

Course is in great shape. Magnolia is in much better condition than in years past. Mag greens were softer than Willow but speed seemed about the same. Fairways are exceptional, neither of us drew a single bad lie all day. For a municipal course this place is top tier.
