Honestly, very very impressive. Conditions were great. Greens punched in the last few weeks almost completely healed up. Pace of play no issue. Pro shop staff super nice. Hard to find a better deal for the money.

Had a great time. The course was in good condition. It’s a good challenge for a beginner to amateur.

Plays unnecessarily tight. Probably due to years of overgrowth. No defined fairways. Several 90 degree dog leg holes. Greens look nice but roll slow.
