Grounds crew neglects but good course

I’ll start by saying the course is very pretty and unique. A lot of water in play. Something has happened with the greens. Half of them looks like someone had chipping practice on them with huge chunks missing out of the turf. Pro shop attendant was very friendly. My biggest issue with this place Is trying to get a tee time. Last time I played I had called 3 or 4 times and no one answered. I decided to play there again this weekend and I have literally called 7 times throughout the day with no answer! Very frustrating.
