Tight muni type course - not much grass due to all of the trees. Very tight but made everyone work on accuracy and not distance. Super nice staff, and other golfers very friendly as many shots will end up on another hole going the other way unless you are perfect. Would play it again as the price was right and enjoyed a cold beverage and burger at Joeys after the round. Just don’t add this course to your handicap play.
Course condition made the course difficult. Lots of rock and bald spots in the fairways. Ground was hard and not very forgiving. Greens were like dirty carpets however still above average compared to most courses in the area and it’s hard to beat the price to just go out and have fun. Hopefully the course conditions get better as the season progresses.
No sand traps and yet a very tricky and fun course because of the greens. I guess that’s why it’s called the greens. You need to have your short game dialed in since every green is on a pedestal and you’ll roll right off. Overall it’s a gorgeous course and I have a membership here and play often because I love the people and the overall vibe.
Very small greens. Greens weren’t as fast as I had heard. You can definitely have trouble navigating the course when playing it for the first time.
Good course pace of play is super slow
