Fairways and sand traps are good, lots of undulation and the fairways and rough are pretty difficult, overall well designed course... but the greens were absolutely atrocious–when I played at least. I've played on city courses that are 3x better than how these greens were, which ranged from diseased and hard and fast, to as long as the fairway grass and slow as molasses. Other than that, pretty good views (which is what ur really paying for) and nice trees, nice wildlife I guess.
