Expensive course $200 for the local rate. However very good conditions and incredibly difficult

Dream course, challenging greens and approach shots.

For a $220+ round of golf, conditions were very sub par, fairways and roughs are fine, bunkers and greens need a lot of work. Greens are unreasonably fast in spots, and many past hole locations are poorly replaced. Greens generally do not look healthy either. Bunkers consistently low on sand and poorly raked out with many rocks. Disappointing, many other courses in area do not have these same issues.
