Green speed is just right, you have complete control of it. If you check availability online ahead of time you can get a tee time with no one in front or behind you and just take your time as well which is great. Course is hard, fairways are narrow and if it goes into the rough you might as well drop. Back 9 gets easier, and the fairways there are more forgiving (you can drive a couple of par 4s with a good bounce). A great course to test your accuracy and patience, just bring extra balls.
Course was basically empty. So pace was whatever you wanted. The front 9 greens are in BAD shape. The back 9 is still recovering from being punched but in MUCH better condition. Tea boxes are riddled with weeds. You’re paying for the views here. Bring lots of balls if you don’t plan on keeping your driver in the bag.
