Course is in great shape other than the bunkers. I never knew sand could feel exactly like concrete might as well hit off the cart path. Other than that course plays great, greens can be a little rough but that’s because players don’t fix divots correctly. Fairways are wide open on most holes and every tee box seems to have a yardage in mind that you should hit to.
