White soft sand, greens are rolling ok but could use some attention. Patches of dead grass on the edges of nearly every green. Rough is non existent, If you miss the fairway or green it’s pretty much backyard golf. Tee boxes are horrible unless you play the tips.

Very fun course with some unique holes, condition is a bit rough though on a lot of the greens and some fairways. Overall it’s a steal for $30 for 18.

There isn't a driving range BUT still show up a couple minutes early bc the first tee box is a ways away from the clubhouse. Great layout, interesting shot shaping opportunities, greens in good condition. Fairway was a bit rough in some spots and ground was a bit hard in some spots. Definitely worth the green fees. Fun course.

If you wanna play a course that makes you feel like you’re out of town, this is it as it has beautiful views and a lot of hill angulation with backdrops of the valley. The tea boxes are beautiful and the flattest I’ve played in a long while, the greens were in great shape, but a little slow, and the only criticism is the Fairways need work. The fairways are the only reason I have a four star overall and three star condition , but it is well worth every penny and drive from wherever you’re from.
