Ratty greens on some and some overgrown tee boxes

Found a deal online for $40 for 18 riding and was the best value around. The GPS on cart to show your yardages as well as a club and ball cleaner on the cart is a game changer.

This course is a gem. Not long but challenging nevertheless and just really well maintained. The staff is awesome!
