Greens are in ok shape but tees, fairways and rough are in terrible shape. Cart paths are nothing but pot holes. Overall, this course is in terrible shape.

Fairways were torn to shreds. Dry spots. Swamps. “Bunkers” were basically either mud or hard as concrete. Poor course maintenance overall. Will not be playing here for a long time.
