First time playing this course and find the layout entertaining and challenging but fair. Conditions were not the greatest - VERY dry and grass was sparse or cut very low. Get some water on this course and maybe try some seeding next off season. Greens were in decent shape but recently aerated and sanded so slow and semi-unpredictable.

Good course for the price, but slow pace of play and not very good fairways. Greens are good for most of the season, but can’t say the same for the fairways.
