They are not kidding about being an RV park. The course is fairly legit, though maintenance/conditions are just okay. Front 9 pace of play was good, but got slowed down on the back 9 due to a combination of newer players in front of us and the long commute between holes 9 and 10, during which I’m sure some people stop or make excessive detours. For the price point, I don’t think you’ll find a better option, but not quite what you may be expecting for those who take golf more seriously.
The front 9 is very tight and challenging with elevation, tight fairways, doglegs, and water hazards. Greens and fairways were in great shape with a friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
