Great value, we played 18 with a cart for $55 per person. Challenging mountain course with tight tee boxes, a few of which could use a little work but overall it’s in great condition especially for the price. Greens were very slowed when I played but it was right after a very heavy rain, so take that with a grain of salt. Drainage around the course after the rain was decent, a few wet patches / puddles but nothing terrible.

Fast & small greens, tight sight lines off the tee, and not a single flat fairway, this course will test your patience. Although difficult it is in great shape and far cheaper than other courses in Southern NH. Worth the drive considering the value and condition of the course.
