Definitely not the best conditions. If you’re looking to a cheap round, not bad but definitely not a destination course to say the least. Fairways are essentially sand traps

Really nice course, number of the holes along a beautiful stream. Little rough around the edges but it's gonna be great once they get it fixed up.

Fairways are rough, greens are pretty flat and slow, layout wasn’t very interesting

Very nice course. Cart in the pond by hole 13 was a weird decoration but fine nonetheless
