Could be such an amazing course if they put any money into it. Played there a handful of times over the last two years and the course is always in terrible shape. There reason is because it’s rained a lot which I get, but putting in any irrigation at all to help with the water, maybe thinning out the trees on the front 9. The clubhouse itself should just be tore down and redone. Essex is known for being a wealthy area, this course is a horrible reflection of that.

I like this course but some upkeep needs to be done. Otherwise it’s fun

It's fun to play and rarely full. The greens are challenging. The bunkers are few, aren't managed well, and have more weeds than sand. The course tends to be wet and doesn't drain well when it rains. Carts are available, but it's easy to push. Scenic, especially the 17th and 18th hole. Staff is very friendly, the clubhouse has food and drinks but not much ambiance.
