Greens are surprisingly well taken care of. Fairways are in horrible condition even for a muni. Sure, they are trying ill give them credit but its not there for $60. Would be worth the $39 if they didnt tack on another $18 for the cart that goes 3 mph. My recommendation: Find another track to hit.
