Excellent course. Beautiful setting. Worth the trip.

Very scenic set amongst the Makara hills. Very hilly and a tough walk (I’m coming off 8knee surgeries though). Creek runs through many of the fairways which I kept finding. Many elevated tees or greens. Quiet course so wasn’t rushed so was a very relaxed atmosphere. Greens were in decent knick as were the fairways. Plenty of livestock in sight including a few goats as well as bird life. Challenging course with not many flat lies. Only negative for me was how hilly it was, but would play it again.

Fantastic course but to make it even better it needs more bunkers and faster greens
